The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) released the results of the State’s civil services exam on Friday, which marked a historic moment as eight women secured positions in the top 10. This achievement is the first of its kind in the State’s history and is truly remarkable.
Moreover, women have also clinched the top three spots, with Divya Sikarwar of Agra securing the first position, followed by Pratiksha Pandey of Lucknow and Namrata Singh of Bulandshahr coming in second and third, respectively.
The remaining positions in the top 10 were occupied by Akansha Gupta, Kumar Gaurav, Saltanat Praween, Mohsina Bano, Prajakta Tripathi, Aishwarya Dubey, and Sandeep Kumar Tiwari.
Out of the 364 selected candidates, 110 women have been chosen, which is a significant achievement for women’s empowerment.
This feat was accomplished in a record-breaking time of 10 months, highlighting the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire exam process.
The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission ( UPPSC )recently conducted the main test for the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Examination 2022. The test was held in Lucknow, Prayagraj, and Ghaziabad from September 27 to October 1, 2022. A total of 5311 candidates registered for the exam, out of which 1070 cleared it and qualified for the initial interview.
The interviews were conducted for the selected candidates UPPSC from February 20 to March 21, 2023. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the successful candidates who cleared the exam and wish them the best for their future endeavors.

It is worth noting that this exam was conducted in a fair and transparent manner in a record time of 10 months. The representation of almost every district and the record success of female candidates is a testament to the progress of ‘new Uttar Pradesh’.
