Isumu was a dog that nobody ever showed love. Someone left him near a shelter and he had to take care of himself on the side of the road. He had marks on his neck from something that had held him, and his long nails hurt him when he walked. He had injuries from rabies and his body smelled bad.
A kind person who works without being paid found Isumu at the shelter. Isumu was taken to the shelter where he was given medical attention and a cozy bed to rest. They cleaned him up and gave him food and water. For the first time in a while, he felt loved and taken care of.
On the tenth day, Isumu started feeling better. His wounds started healing, and his fur grew back. He no longer smelled bad, and his eyes looked happy and content.
Day 80: Finally, a pleasant family arrived to the shelter who wanted to adopt a dog. When they saw Isumu, they immediately fell in love with him.
Your donation will change the lives of the animals in our care. We are grateful for your support.
We rely on donations to help us fulfill our mission of saving as many pets as possible.
We help animals with special needs that other shelters may not help. We take care of any medical treatments or surgeries that the animals require, such as treating heartworm, fixing knee or hip problems, treating diabetes, anxiety or other illnesses. We do whatever is necessary to help the animals feel better and recover from their medical conditions.
Every week, Our team rescues at least one animal that is sick or needs surgery. They believe that no animal should be put down just because they are sick or injured. These animals are already in a bad situation, and someone needs to rescue them and speak up for them.
